Refund Policy

At AD Green Essence, we aim for excellence in every shipment. Our refund policy is built on professionalism, transparency, and long-term trust with our partners worldwide.

1. Refund Eligibility

Order Not Prepared

Full refund if your order has not been processed and no invoice has been issued after payment.

Partial Fulfillment

If part of your order is not completed, a partial refund will be issued (minus bank fees, if applicable).

Delays Over 40 Days

You are entitled to a full refund if the order is delayed beyond 40 days without a prior agreement or valid reason.

Non-Conforming Products

If items do not match the agreed specs, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or documentation. A refund may be processed accordingly.

2. Refusing Delivery

If a client refuses delivery after dispatch, we may deduct the following costs from any refund:

  • Agricultural inspection & certification
  • Food safety documentation (e.g., HACCP, Global GAP)
  • Actual packaging & transport
  • Administrative handling (case-based)

Refunds will be processed within 8-15 business days (subject to banking systems).

3. Exceptions

  • No refund if products are received in good condition and no complaint is made within 48 hours.
  • No refund on custom orders, frozen, or organic items after dispatch.
  • AD Green Essence is not liable for damages caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
